- Packaging - We use Double Walled 200# Crush test Card board boxes with Full Over Lapped Flaps. (Basically a cardboard Crate!) Plus we have our own Protective Foam Pads made specifically for each size & scale of Display Case we Make. Yes this is Very Costly to Us, but it's the only way we can be confident that you will receive your Display Case in Perfect Condition.

- Allow 24-48 hours for orders to start tracking after receiving tracking number.
- Orders processed Friday afternoons, will not ship until following week.
- Contiguous 48 States - FedEx Ground (See rates at top of listing) Rates vary according to size of display
- "Signature Required" shipping with an additional $8 fee on all orders to Apartments, Units, Suites, etc..invoiced through Paypal, when order is processed. We are not responsible for "stolen" shipments. We will gladly ship to Walgreens or Fedex store for no additional fee, should you wish.

- You can return the Display Case to us within 30 days. We must receive the Display Case in NEW Resalable condition, once we do we'll Happily refund you the entire original purchase price of the Display Case (Minus shipping), or apply it towards the purchase of the correct Display. We do NOT charge a re-stocking fee. We can NOT issue a refund for a Display that does not come back to us in NEW Resalable Condition. Please Don't hesitate to ask us questions BEFORE you order. Displays Damaged in Shipping:

- It is extremely rare for damage to occur - But it can happen...
- If you receive a damaged display - Please contact us Immediately (NO Later than 7 days of Receipt) thru eBay messaging or our toll free # found on your receipt. [There is only a 7 day window to issue a damage claim with FedEx and U.S. Postal] We will make ALL the Return and Replacement Arrangements, so you do NOT have to. We will give you detailed instructions including: A return authorization #, and where, when the display will be picked up. We'll contact FedEx and arrange to have the damaged display picked up, and we'll send a replacement Display to you right away at no additional cost to you.
