Unaltered full strength 550 paracord is strong enough to be of use in many different circumstances both defensive and aggressive; a small but possibly important step in personal safety. “550 paracord” has an outer sheath and 7 internal nylon strands that contribute to its 550 lb. tensile strength or break test limit.
